Duties, Qualifications, and Responsibilities:

-- Oversee sub-contractors on-site
-- Project oversight from start to finish
-- Maintain a safe working project site
-- Fill out daily project reports and daily photos of project progress
-- Hands on work sometimes required (painting, drywall repairs, install doors and frames, steel stud framing, ACT, misc. finishing, etc.)
-- Ability to read blueprints (preferred)
-- Must be willing to perform hands-on tasks
-- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
-- Capable of lifting 50 pounds
-- Good verbal communication
-- Ability to share data and information (e.g., with team members and project managers)
-- High level of integrity
-- Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record
